Processing & production time
Most made-to-order items require 2–5 business days to print and prepare before they ship. Larger or custom jobs may take longer; we'll give you an estimate at the time of order.
Shipping methods & rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer a flat shipping rate, and orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and want to order, contact us at support@maketheprint.com and we'll see what we can do. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number where available.
Delays & lost packages
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their control. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
