California Privacy Notice
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). It is provided by King Network Services Inc dba MakeThePrint.com, operator of Make The Print.
Categories of personal information we collect
- Identifiers — name, email, postal address, phone, IP address.
- Customer records — shipping/billing details and order history.
- Commercial information — products purchased and considered.
- Internet activity — interactions with the Site and cookies.
- Geolocation — approximate location derived from IP address.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to process payments and ship orders, and we do not use it to infer characteristics.
How we use and disclose it
We use these categories for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy (fulfilling orders, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance). We disclose information to service providers such as Square (payments), SMTP2GO (email), shipping carriers, and hosting providers under contracts that limit their use of it.
We do not sell or "share" your personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Accordingly, we do not offer a "Do Not Sell or Share" mechanism for those activities; if this changes, we will update this notice and provide the required opt-out.

- Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale/sharing (not applicable as noted above).
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.

How to exercise your rights
Submit a request by emailing support@maketheprint.com with the subject "California Privacy Request." We will verify your request using information associated with your account or orders. You may use an authorized agent. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days).
Shine the Light
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
