We are based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) with our processors, including Square and SMTP2GO.
Data retention
We retain order data for as long as necessary to fulfill the order and to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax records), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. In the EEA, contact your national Data Protection Authority.
